Dear Customers, if you compare our tariffs with the average tariffs in Kyiv, you will see that our prices are lover.
AventA translation agency was established in 2004 by the group of initiators – managers and translators, who have worked a couple of years in the translation companies.

Having studied all pros and cons of operation of similar companies in Kyiv we arrived at the conclusion that frequently the prices for translation services are overrated because of expensive rental fee (often these are big offices at the center of Kyiv), expensive advertising, expensive and unnecessary equipment at the office and often an unjustifiably huge number of employees.

Meanwhile, it is not a secret that the translators (particularly those with abundant operational experience) work at a flexiplace (not at the office), they have unified price-lists for all translation agencies which depend only on the language, subject of the text, urgency of translation. That’s why we won’t reveal a secret if we say that the translators working for our translation agency also work for the majority of translation agencies.

We are trying to minimize our expenses: we don’t pay high rental fee, have a small manager staff, don’t pay for expensive advertising, don’t order production and maintenance of exclusive site, expensive light boxes, flyers, pens, cups, lighters and other promotional products. The only thing which we don’t spare the money on is attraction of experienced translators and good software, for OUR MAJOR PURPOSE is the quality and observance of time-frames.

AventA translation agency price list for translations and contiguous services.

1. WRITTEN TRANSLATION
a) Price for 1860 characters = 1 standard page of translation from the foreign language into Ukrainian (Russian) and vice versa:

*** The standard documents include:
- passport
- diploma (without enclosure)
- birth certificate
- marriage certificate
- divorce certificate
- death certificate
- family status reference paper
- marriage reference paper
- reference paper of non-availability of previous convictions
- other reference papers (no more than 1/2 page or 930 characters)

2. INTERPRETATION

The prices are stated in hryvnias. You can choose any form of payment.

Notes:
1) Minimum order – 2 hours
2) In the event of business trip the Customer also pays for all translator’s expenses for visas, stay, transport and daily allowances according to the applicable legislation.

3. NOTARY ATTESTATION OF TRANSLATION

- by notary public – 55 hryvnias;
- by notary private – 75 hryvnias (with attestation of a photocopy – 90 hryvnias);
- by seal of the translation agency – 10 hryvnias.

4. APOSTILLE

- at the Ministry of Justice, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs – 150 hryvnias;
- at the Ministry of Education – 350 hryvnias.

5. LEGALIZATION OF DOCUMENTS AT THE EMBASSIES

- 200-500 hryvnias + consular fees of an embassy (subject to the embassy).

6. SCANNING – 4 hryvnias for 1 picture.

7. MAKEUP OF A DOCUMENT ONE TO ONE WITH THE ORIGINAL (IN .DOC AND .PDF FORMATS) – 4 hryvnias for each actual page of done translation.

8. COLLATION – 50 per cent of cost of the translation on condition that the translation is provided in the electronic form. In the event of machine or extremely low-quality translation AventA translation agency is entitled to refuse from collation and require to pay for collation as for translation.

9. DELIVERY.

- about Kyiv – 20 hryvnias, if an order makes more than 500 hryvnias – for free.
- by train – 20 hryvnias + payment to the conductor;
- by bus, ordered or pre-paid mail, mail and messenger service – 20 hryvnias + payment for delivery.
