In accordance with Ukrainian legislation, a certified translator is a translator with a diploma from a Ukrainian higher education institution specifying the specialty of «Translator» (sometimes «Philologist»), which serves as official confirmation of their professional qualification.
Certified translator services

The presence of a certified translator is mandatory for any notarial actions by a non-resident who doesn’t speak Ukrainian in Ukraine.
A certified translator is also required when representing the interests of a non-resident in court and other official government bodies.
